1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment to Spenta Casting and Production House (hereafter referred to as “SCPH”), the client hereby confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the Terms & Conditions stated herein. The client affirms that the payment was made at their own discretion and was not influenced, forced, or pressured in any manner.

 2. Scope of Services

SCPH offers professional services in the following areas:

Portfolio Shoots

Casting and Audition Support

Fashion Shows and Runway Grooming

Advertisement & Commercial Shoots

Fashion Photography and Videography

Film-Making and Production Services

Acting and Modeling Training

Participation in any of the above services constitutes agreement to the terms below.

 3. Booking & Registration

All clients must complete a registration process providing accurate personal and professional details.

Participants under the age of 18 must submit a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Participation in any shoot, show, or training requires prior approval from SCPH.

 4. Portfolio Shoots

Portfolio shoot will be scheduled within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

The client must be present on the scheduled date and time. Failure to attend may result in automatic termination of the agreement and forfeiture of any amount paid.

Appointment of the photographer, location, styling, and concepts remain at the sole discretion of SCPH.

 5. Payment Terms

100% payment must be completed before or on the shoot date at the SCPH studio.

No shoot or deliverables shall be provided until the full payment is received.

SCPH reserves the right to terminate the agreement if payment obligations are not met.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances.

6. Deliverables

Final edited photographs and all raw images will be delivered digitally within 15 to 20 business days post shoot, provided that all dues are cleared.

Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up their deliverables after receipt. SCPH will not store files beyond 30 days from delivery.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

SCPH retains ownership of all creative assets including photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

By enrolling, the client grants SCPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use the photos/videos for advertising, marketing, promotions, portfolios, social media, websites, and any other commercial purposes.

No compensation will be due to the client for such usage.

8. Casting Services

SCPH offers casting support including listing auditions on its website and social media, and via email notifications.

These are third-party auditions. SCPH does not guarantee selection, placement, or remuneration.

The client understands that making a portfolio does not guarantee work or assignments from SCPH or its partners.

SCPH does not charge any commission for providing leads or auditions and does not assure any casting outcome in exchange for the service fee.

9. Fashion Shows & Events

Participation requires full attendance at rehearsals, styling sessions, and fittings.

SCPH reserves the right to withdraw a participant for unprofessional behavior, late arrivals, or breach of show protocols.

Any damage to costumes, equipment, or studio property will be chargeable to the client.

10. Conduct & Behavior

Professionalism is expected from all clients and participants. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from services without refund.

Clients must comply with any health and safety regulations in force, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

In case of cancellation or breach of terms by the client, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. SCPH may approve or reject rescheduling requests at its sole discretion.

SCPH may reschedule due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, technical failures). In such cases, a new date will be provided.

12. Compensation from Casting Projects

SCPH has no control over project budgets. Compensation—whether in kind (goodies, hampers) or monetary—will be decided solely by the brand, agency, or production house.

Clients must enter into contracts directly with the brand or agency and assume all responsibility for their terms and conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

SCPH shall not be liable for:

Injuries, losses, or damages suffered during the shoot or training sessions.

Delays or failures caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

Any loss incurred by the studio or its vendors due to the client’s actions.

Clients are advised to maintain personal insurance as necessary.

14. Confidentiality

Clients must maintain strict confidentiality on:

Project details

Brand collaborations

Pricing or contract terms

Any sensitive information shared by SCPH or its partners

Disclosure of such information without consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the services offered by SCPH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra
